crafting sapphic spaces toolkit
In collaboration with Sica Saccone, my partner and I interviewed, researched and curated a toolkit that guides the user on how to organize accessible and inclusive events for sapphic folk. Using an anti-oppressive lens, we created this toolkit to empower marginalized people (e.g. BIPOC, disabled, elderly etc.) who have no sapphic events made for them. Since creation we have distributed it via emailing list and hope to reach out to organizations.

The toolkit can be viewed below.
is the audience the producer?
I presented at Honest Conversations: Race, Power and Digital Justice. It was a mini-conference for BIPOC communities in Toronto.

In my presentation I conceptualize and contextualize the idea that the audience is the producer. I explore power relations within the media industry and what role race plays in that.
